Expo Hall: Tuesday (1-8 pm PT), Wednesday (10:30 am-4 pm PT), Thursday (10:30 am-3:30 pm PT)
Come meet the RippleMatch team at our booth during Expo Hall open hours. You can pick us out from the crowd by our spinning prize wheel, which will allow you the chance to win hot-ticket items — such as Apple AirTags, and Tide To-Go Pens — as well as RippleMatch swag. Speaking Session: Wednesday (8:45-9:45 am PT)
After grabbing your morning coffee, we hope you get a good seat for our 60-minute speaking session, “Decoding Gen Z: A Data-Driven Conversation About Candidate Expectations and Behavior Amidst the War for Talent,” where RippleMatch Founder and President Eric Ho and Executive Manager of Community and Insights Kate Beckman will share finding from our latest benchmarking data report. In this Q&A-style session, they’ll delve into new findings on Gen Z internship and job seekers, such as reasons for reneges, return-to-office preferences, and expectations surrounding promotions and tenure.
Happy Hour: Wednesday (6-9 pm PT)
Following a full day of conference activities, we hope you’ll come unwind with us for our private networking happy hour at Loyal Legion, which is a 15-minute walk or quick drive from the Convention Center. Come meet other leading early career talent professionals who are either attending the conference, or work in and around the Portland area, while enjoying an open bar and hors d’oeuvres. Plus, the first 20 people who arrive will receive an Uber gift card they can use to get a ride back to their hotel after the event.
