Written by RippleMatch | Nov 10, 2023 2:35:00 PM

Now more than ever, corporate leaders are taking a proactive stand in recognizing the importance of promoting diversity in the workplace and creating an inclusive work environment. Meanwhile, an increasing number of companies are putting in a lot of effort into being true champions of DE&I.

And some of that can be attributed to the rising workforce of Gen Z. In a RippleMatch survey, we found that 75% of Gen-Zers would think twice before applying for a job at an organization if they weren't pleased with their efforts to promote diversity and inclusion.

To help early career talent looking for opportunities at companies with outstanding diversity and inclusion efforts, we've compiled a list of 15 companies that have gone above and beyond to foster a workplace environment that welcomes everyone.

(Many of these employers were winners of our 2023 Campus Forward Awards, an award that recognizes companies dedicated to supporting internship and entry-level talent. Many of the D&I efforts listed below are highlighted through our Campus Forward Awards.)
